TypeMaster
A free typing tutor where you practice by retyping real books. 1,456 classic stories, 30 levels, coding tracks and live WPM and accuracy, on the web and as an offline desktop app.

The challenge
Most typing sites drill random letters and words. Test scores go up, but the practice does not feel like real writing, and many sites add daily caps, trials, paid levels or a required account.
The solution
TypeMaster replaces word drills with real text. You pick a book in Story Mode and type it chapter by chapter, with speed and accuracy shown as you go. Levels build skills from the home row up, and coding tracks cover real syntax. The desktop app includes the whole library, so it works without internet.
